Leadership Exchange

During the course of our school year, we take a group of students to visit other middle schools for a day of team-building, problem solving, and leadership training. It's a powerful experience to watch the students facilitate training for their peers. Likewise, when they debrief the group, it stimulates conversation and ideas that allow students to believe that everyone has the capacity to become a leader.
